Chief Executive Officer
When Benjamin launched YoooGroup in 2017, he made it his mission to create spaces, facilities and tools that would dramatically enhance the way we live and work. From estate agency Yooodle to its software company bookify, to the group’s many exciting bars and restaurants, which include Bomboni and bla bla, comfort, class, innovation and customer care are at the heart of its operations.
One of Benjamin’s favourite developments is Yoooserv. Having spent almost 20 years in the property industry, Benjamin identified a huge gap in the market between the upper tier flexible office offering in London and the lower end regional market which lacked quality and choice.
He set out to create something different, yet accessible: a new way to work, with well-designed spaces and outstanding facilities to foster greater productivity, engagement and staff retention. In 2019, that goal was achieved and YoooServ was born.
Group Operations Manager
With four years of event sales and management experience, the planning of meetings, events and parties have become second nature to Lydia, making her an invaluable support to the business and its clients. Having worked with a range of high profile clients from around the world, no budget or idea is too big or small.
Associate Director
Fiona’s 20 year career in property started in her home city of Dublin where she studied Auctioneering, Estate Agency and Valuations. Since then she has accrued vast experience in Sales, Lettings, Auctions, New Homes and Commercial, and upon moving to the UK in 2001, has become an expert in the Surrey market. This makes her an indispensable source of support and insight for Yooodle’s clientbase.
Area Manager
A true asset to the YoooGroup team – William is an all-rounder who excels in sales, management and business development. He has genuine enthusiasm for creating amazing service experiences that are also profitable, keeping up with customer needs and inspiring his colleagues so our company can reach even greater heights.
Creative Lead
Issa started working in the creative industry over 10 years ago as a Creative at Saatchi, leading projects in the highly entrepreneurial environment of the emerging creative businesses across the Middle East, Asia and Europe.
Leading a team of creatives and overseeing both creative and production departments. More recently as a producer for CBS 60 Minutes generated award-winning content that helped shape the truth and the way it’s portrayed.
Head of Catering
With a career spanning 25 years, Chef Stevie has cooked for everyone from high profile politicians like prime ministers to everyday guests. He boasts invaluable experience of creating menus under Michelin-starred chefs and catering in some of the most luxurious restaurants and hotels around.
F&B Manager
Ula has devoted the past 22 years to refining her expertise in hospitality, amassing a wealth of experience ranging from hotel management to overseeing pub and golf club operations. Her unwavering passion lies with people development – inspiring others’ talents and striving for perfection day after day.
Social Media Executive
Katie had a passion for social media and marketing before joining YoooGroup, which she nurtured during her degree at The University of Winchester studying Media and Communication. Armed with this knowledge, she then spent two years helping B2B and B2C businesses increase brand recognition, boost awareness and maximise sales potential.
Office Administrator
Lucia is an experienced professional with a background in administration, sales, education,
and customer service. Her strong organizational skills, effective communication, and passion
for helping others makes her a valuable addition to the team.
